This is a great basic for the price...the material is much softer and nicer than I expected. I am normally a small and only sometimes a medium, but I want this as a layering piece do I went for Small and it is just right.

The fit is as expected, which is a bit too long for my 52 frame. I have to fold back the sleeves, but that's OK. The quality of the fabric and the sweater are excellent, for the price.

I always look for turtleneck or mock turtleneck sweaters but I have a thin neck so most sweaters end up having the neck droop down and/or get stretched out by moving my head throughout the day, which I hate. I figured at this price point, it wouldn't be a major loss if I didn't like it and I would just wear it around the house. I love these sweaters! I have both the mock and regular turtle neck in a few colors and will probably purchase more. The mock turtleneck is high enough to keep your neck warm without having to fold over and cuff the neck- it's almost to the top of my neck but isn't tight or restricting. Same thing for the regular turtleneck, when you fold it over, the neck doesn't droop or stretch out by the day's end, which I love. The material is on the light side, so when it gets really cold, I'll put a thermal top underneath. I'm 5'3, 120 lbs and got a medium. I wanted it a bit roomy for when I put another layer underneath. The material is very soft and it washes nicely. I let it air dry to minimize shrinking but on a few occasions, it's gotten thrown in the dryer- no pilling, wrinkling or major shrinkage. These sweaters are definitely keepers! Some people have said they run big, but I've found medium to be comfortable without looking bulky or oversized. I'd say if you are between 2 sizes, which I am (between medium and small), maybe go for the larger size.

Im 145#, 56, and wear a 8/10. I usually wear medium and got this in a medium. This is one of those work and play staples that every woman should own. The fit is close to the body, but not too tight. The arm length and body length were spot on. Easy to care for, just machine wash on delicate and hang to dry. This sweater can goes with everything. Can be warn alone or layered. Just a great wardrobe staple that I will get a lot of mileage out of. Totally happy with this sweater and would get more if they offered it different colors.

Bought this sweater and immediately loved it. Simple but elegant, very soft fabric (I have sensitive skin), warm color, and otherwise a perfectly comfortable and good looking item. Worn it once and immediately ordered another one in a different style. Its a great sweater that works for both business and casual contexts.
